Dealers: Welcome to our new web site. We hope you will find it easier to use and navigate than ever before. This document should answer any questions you may have regarding how to use the new web site.

If I was a dealer on the old site, do I need to sign up as a dealer again?
Yes -- unfortunately, we were unable to import our dealer database from our old site. Please sign up using the my account link above to take advantage of our great dealer discounts. It only takes a minute.

How do I get a dealer account so I can order at a discounted rate?

In order to get you set up with a dealer account so that you are eligible to order at dealer pricing, please sign up for an account using the "My account" button above. Be sure to register as a "Dealer". Once your dealer status is confirmed, just log in and you'll be able to order at dealer pricing.

What about the online re-order form?

You can simply add products to your "Wish list" for easy accessibility and re-ordering. Once a product is on your wish list, it will remain there until you delete it.

Where can I download dealer related files?

A "Dealer Downloads" link will appear in the "Next Steps" box on the left. Click this to access any downloadable files you need.
